According to rumors, Amy Winehouse completely bailed on hubby Blake Fielder-Civil's behind-bars birthday this week. No visit. No card. No under-the-table HJ or cake with a file in it ... nothing. Yet even more rumors have her as "single." The upshot? Blake doesn't have to feel a lick of guilt for tossing more salads than Sweet Tomatoes.
