Lott's Brother-in-Law Pleads Guilty

Richard "Dickie" Scruggs—brother-in-law of former Senate Majority Leader Trent Lott—has pleaded guilty to the judicial bribery charge he was scheduled to go to trial for at the end of the month. Radar examined the charges back in November.
