Romeo Miller is an undersized point guard with a bad knee who averaged 8.6 points a game for his basement-dwelling Beverly Hills High School team. Which is to say Romeo Miller is not good at basketball—and likely never will be. So how did he manage to finagle a free ride to play hoops at the University of Southern California? Because Miller also happens to be the actor/singer known as Lil' Romeo.

Last week, the Wall Street Journal examined the events that led to Miller's signing with USC, and they're not pretty.
