The viral marketing campaign for the Sex and the City movie has kicked off rather tastelessly with the possible release of a possible Kristin Davis (aka Charlotte York, aka the good one) sex tape. According to Scott Fayner, a self-described "drugged-up, gonzo-style writer" who first posted news of the tape, its owner is set to begin pitching it to brokers who will promptly bring it to your computer screen. Now we typically wouldn't be inclined to believe a porn blogger, but Scott does provide a rather convincing screen cap of the maybe-fake Kristin licking a definitely-real penis. He then directs you to porn-star Taylor Rain's website for more, which unfortunately, is not provided, raising further doubts of the tape's existence. One thing is certain though, if this tape actually is released as the movie is coming out, it will likely prove the most effective piece of viral marketing since those terrorists tried to blow up Boston with cartoons.
