The Spencer Pratt-directed video for Heidi Montag's "Higher" has hit and some copies have already been flagged on YouTube as too hot for the under-18 set. The vid features Montag, with substantial new boob-sets, rolling around in the surf in an itsy-bitsy pink bikini. Still, it's bubble-gum pink and relatively tame compared to a few moments from her Stuff magazine cover-shoot video.
