His annual Oscars after-party may have been a casualty of the writers' strike, but 58-year-old Vanity Fair honcho Graydon Carter still has reason to celebrate: Carter and second wife Anna Scott are expecting a child! "They haven't been going out at all since she found out she was pregnant. They're so excited," a source tells the Post.

Carter met Scott when she was working in New York as the London PR rep for Vanity Fair, though both were with other people at the time. The couple dated for two years before finally getting married in a lavish Connecticut ceremony in May 2005 (review the Bergdorf Goodman registry here!).
