What's a marginally talented hip-hopper who long ago ceased being relevant to do with his free time? If you're "Gangster's Paradise" rapper Coolio, you find yourself a studio/kitchen, wrangle up two comely assistants and a sous-chef, and create an Internet cooking show, "Coolio Café." Of his debut dish—Caprese salad—Coolio notes, "This salad will get them panties right off." To borrow another Coolio-ism: "It's time to cook, biatch!"
