  • Flanked by private security and not a dozen-vehicle, taxpayer-funded motorcade of Po Po ZOW, Britney Spears quietly exited the psych ward at the UCLA medical center today. Authorities tell the LA Times she's planning to seek additional treatment but is headed home first. Let's hope Sam Lutfi isn't waiting with a creepy smile, a spoon, and a heaping bowl of crack-sprinkled Special K. [LAT]
