All Bets on James Spears Keeping Control

THAT'S A SPICY MEAT-A-BALL! Cook James Spears
Hey guys! You know what tomorrow is? Britney Spears conservator court hearing day! (Is a Vermont Teddy Bear appropriate?)

Father guy James Spears is scheduled to head back to court to jockey for control over his daughter-person's affairs, financial and otherwise. In the short time he's been at the helm, he's already won authority to sack Spears' business manager, Howard Grossman, and has convinced a judge to order him to turn over documents relating to Spears' affairs. He's also helped orchestrate a restraining order against Brit's BFF, Sam Lutfi. But a Spears insider tells Radar that James is under the sway of the Federline divorce team, headed up by attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan—James visited Federline's house on Feb. 10—and that he doesn't plan on letting go of his grip on Britney's affairs anytime soon.

"I think that Jamie's going to be the conservator, which is really sad," the insider tells Radar, and suggests that an unconnected, impartial outsider would be a better choice than James. Under the current deal, James and court-appointed attorney Andrew Wallet make decisions involving the singer's assets and day-to-day details, such as who enters her home.

In April 2007, Spears said in a statement, "I am praying for my father. We have never had a good relationship. It's sad that all the men that have been in my life do not know how to accept a real woman's love."

I work for a media company (obviously) which has TVs on cable news channels all day. We have seen the Vermont Teddy Bear commercial about 1000 times. So on behalf of all of us here in the office, we want to think you for providing us with a hilarious reference which we all understand AND appreciate.

Ahhh now see if you can come up with a "FreeCreditReport.com" one that we will pick up on next :)
