Just when we thought the case of dethroned private investigator to the stars (and Pulitzer Prize–winners) Anthony Pellicano couldn't get any more exciting, enter a leggy blonde witness who looks fairly hot in leather! And since a judge agreed to let Pellicano represent himself earlier this month, expect things to get steamy during examination.

According to the team at ersnews.com, Erin Finn, a stunning young blonde, has surfaced as a key witness for the feds in the case against Pellicano. He's charged with 110 counts of racketeering, illegal wiretapping, and destruction of evidence, among other things. Victims of his sketchy ways include Nicole Kidman, Sylvester Stallone, and Garry Shandling, and clients include sorts like Dennis Wasser, divorce lawyer to Tom Cruise.

Finn reportedly once dated Robert Pfeifer, a Disney record exec, ex-rocker, and Pellicano client. After a few months of courtship, she was required to give a deposition about a sexual harassment lawsuit Pfeifer was then involved in. Finn says she gave a truthful depo, but the BF was not pleased with what he heard.

So Pfeifer hired Pellicano to dig up some dirt so as to persuade her to recant the testimony. Finn says she received threatening messages, had her apartment broken into, and had her car vandalized. She also got to know Pellicano quite well over this period, potentially making her into a star witness for the prosecution in the upcoming trial.

The self-described "brainy blonde" has since moved out of Southern California to an undisclosed location to avoid any further harassment. The feds expect to take half a dozen weeks to present their evidence.
