Leslie Stahl Lightly Spanks Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg

PILLOW TALK Zuckerberg, Stahl (inset)
It turns out the teaser CBS leaked from its high-profile interview with Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg was all you actually needed to watch. The 12-minute segment consisted mainly of correspondent Leslie Stahl explaining to 60 Minutes' septuagenarian audience what Facebook is, and how a 23-year-old kid could potentially make billions with a company that doesn't actually sell anything.
It wasn't until the very end that she brought up the widely criticized, privacy concern–riddled Beacon advertising initiative. Zuck demonstrated business acumen far beyond his years by offering up "canned" responses to Stahl's softball questions (she characterized his answers as those of a "typical business executive"), and otherwise seemed nonplussed by the whole ordeal. Our favorite back-and-forth:
Stahl: You seem to be replacing Larry and Sergey [Google cofounders Larry Page and Sergey Brin] as the people out here who everyone's talking about.
Zuckerberg: [No response.]
Stahl: You're just staring at me.
Zuckerberg: Is that a question?
Stahl: [Voice-over] We were warned he could be awkward.
