Daniel Radcliffe's SoHo Spread

Harry Potter hottie Daniel Radcliffe is rich. Not J.K. Rowling rich (few are), but pretty well-to-do. Dude is stacked enough that the grown-up wizard can afford to plunk down nearly $4.3 million for a Manhattan loft and not even bother to live there while he's busy flashing his naughty bits on Broadway's upcoming production of Equus. Instead, he's opted to lease out the two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo at $20,000 per month, an amount that will barely cover the monthly maintenance charges.

Located on the fifth floor of 40 Mercer, a Jean Nouvel–designed glass tower in SoHo, tenants of Radcliffe's never-before-lived-in 1,843-square-foot loft will get floor-to-ceiling windows, nine-foot-tall doors, kitchens with all the latest stainless steel doodads, and access to the 24-hour concierge, in-residence massage services, state-of-the-art fitness club, 50-foot lap pool, and screening room.
