Is Blender looking for a body double for their rumored photo shoot with Britney Spears? Last week we reported that the mag was planning on shooting the porky pop princess for an upcoming "Comeback" issue, but received word from a publicist that no such shoot was scheduled. Now, Defamer has published an e-mail from a casting agency supposedly looking for a Spears body double for the shoot—"a take off of a Bert Stern photograph of Marilyn Monroe in bed, from the last shoot before her death"—because Spears is said to be too "out of shape" to participate herself. Is Blender actually going ahead with the shoot? Is Britney? Is the $500 the gig pays enough to assuage the guilt of participating in something so sleazy? Reached for comment (again), a publicist said that "Blender does not speculate on any of its cover choices." Well, then!
