It's cute and all that The Hills con-artist Spencer Pratt has taken time out of his busy routine of duping MTV viewers into thinking he and nitwit girlfriend Heidi Montag have broken up, but seriously, who posts a Wireimage picture of themselves on their own website? (Also, the kicker in this message about drinking and driving comes tragically tardy for Mischa Barton.)
