• How does your garden grow?: After being blasted by rival Rudy Guiliani for using curiously accented workers to tend to his private tennis court and surrounding estate, presidential hopeful Mitt Romney fires his landscaping service for still employing illegal immigrants.
• Playing for sweeps: Foxy anchor Brian Williams pulls ahead of Charlie Gibson in the nightly news race, while Katie Couric's overall audience is down a million compared with last November. Couric, however, leads with the coveted "high school gym teacher" demographic.
• Lip service: Skin care company Hydroderm sues Desperate Housewife Teri Hatcher for allegedly breaking her exclusive contract with them by using another brand to plump her lips. The facialists seek $2.4 million in the case, and may also demand that Hatcher try aging gracefully.
• Baby drama: Dennis Quaid sues the makers of the drug that nearly killed his newborn twins, claiming the company was negligent by not distinctly packaging the different doses of the drug.
• Changing tunes: In the smartest political move they've made in weeks, the Clinton campaign ditches the Celine Dion theme song.
