Video footage of a wiry Barack Obama playing high school ball seems to validate the senator's claim that he could, back in the day, under certain conditions, dunk a basketball. He doesn't actually dunk in the video, but he does get pretty close to the rim on a nice lefty lay-up (Obama is six-foot two-inches, which means he'd need decent, but not outlandish, hops to actually dunk). In any event, he's coordinated and all, but we're assuming Michael Jordan didn't choose to wear No. 23 because Obama wore it in high school.
