The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department has issued a press release (image after the jump) regarding the arrest of allegedly drunk-driving, narcotics-possessing Mischa Barton. It seems the actress formerly known as Marissa Cooper was busted "straddling two lanes of traffic and failed to signal when making a turn." TMZ scored the mugshot, in which Barton looks exactly like what you'd expect of someone dragged to a police station drunk at 3:00 a.m. Also, she totally needs a dye job.

Thankfully, mommy and daddy posted the $10,000 bail, and Mischa's free to keep the holiday party raging!
