Guess what?! Sort of off-the-wagon starlet Lindsay Lohan has a new friend, and it's a she! Courtenay Semel, 28-year-old daughter of former Yahoo CEO Terry Semel, has been spotted everywhere with Lohan—most recently at a Los Angeles party thrown by hippy-dippy "Power Lesbian" Jeanette Longoria. At the party, the duo were reportedly "with each other the whole night," allegedly partaking of various certified Sapphic bonding activities such as "holding hands," and telling people they were "roommates." Read between the lines, people: Lohan has dropped one-time lesbo friend Samantha Ronson and is probably totally doing it with Semel.

Semel, for her part, is noteworthy only for her star turn on short-lived the E! reality-series Filthy Rich: Cattle Drive, in which she was featured alongside such other prominent wealthy spawn as Fabian Basabe and Kourtney Kardashian. However, it is Kourtney Kardashian's big sister, Kim Kardashian, with whom Courtenay seems to be sharing a similar career arc: leverage the family's wealth and connections into a friendship with an insecure celebrity (Kardashian, recall, was once Paris Hilton's leech), spin said friendship into 15 minutes of quasi-fame, and cash out ... preferably with a high-profile Internet sex tape. Even more preferably with a lesbian Internet sex tape with Lindsay Lohan.

And besides, papa Terry once said he's not necessarily above doing business with the Nazis to make a quick buck. He no doubt approves heartily of young Courtenay's business acumen!
