She may be nearly as old as your grandma, but funky fashionista Betsey Johnson still cartwheels down the runway, dyes her hair an unnatural shade of yellow, and lives in a girlishly glamorous Pepto-Bismol-pink fantasyland of a penthouse that she's recently put up for sale with a blistering—and very adult—asking price of $3.6 million.

The frilly and froufrou 16th floor aerie rides atop one of the better buildings that line lower Fifth Avenue's Gold Coast, the short stretch just above Washington Square Park in Manhattan. According to listing information, the 1,660-square-foot, two bedroom, one bathroom, open-plan penthouse includes ebonized floors, a view over the rooftops of Greenwich Village all the way to New Jersey, a floating staircase that leads to a 1,000-square-foot private roof deck, and a claw-foot bathtub with "slightly loopy Old World plumbing reminiscent of a suite at the Ritz."
