According to In Touch, Heeb hip-hop producer J.R. Rotem is slated to be the next father of a child Britney Spears will no doubt eventually lose custody of. Radar has actually been keeping tabs on Rotem since he first started diddling Spears more than a year ago. (Truth told, we're shocked this didn't happen earlier. Rotem, it seems, has the tacky bravado of serial Spears impregnator Kevin Federline, but not super sperm).
