UN Just Not That Into Winehouse, Moss

GLAMOROUS? Amy, Kate
Angelina Jolie may be secure in her role as the UN's poster-child for celebrity largesse, but that doesn't mean the organization isn't discriminating in its fame-whoredom. Antonio Costa, who heads up the UN's Drugs and Crime Office, slammed both Amy Winehouse and Kate Moss for lending glamor to a drug trade that's ravaging Colombia as well as the parts of West Africa that serve as a gateway for the drug to enter Europe.
"A sniff here and a sniff there in Europe is causing another disaster in Africa, to add to its poverty, its mass unemployment, and its pandemics," he added, saying that it was a shame that Moss continued to win fashion campaigns in the wake of her drug scandal. Indeed, Donna Karan, who plans to collaborate with her for a new ad campaign, doesn't seem too concerned that all that partying has left the supermodel a tad worse for wear.
The UN had no comment on Moss's wrinkly knees or Winehouse's ongoing crime against style.
