The bizarre Lance Armstrong/Ashley Olsen Tour de New York keeps trekking along. The duo, already spotted making out at the Gramercy Park Hotel (and maybe the Waverly Inn!), last night attended a Halloween party thrown by rocker Lenny Kravitz at his SoHo apartment (which, incidentally, is on the block for $19.5 million—statue of Miles Davis not included). Lance didn't dress up; Olsen did, but we're not quite sure was she was supposed to be. Irrelevant details in a match made in Heaven!
