  • In an odd nod to the tactics of yesteryear, typically tech-savvy 2008 candidate Ron Paul (or someone spoofing him) wants to raise $350,000 for a campaign blimp. As of 9:12 a.m., $167,325 had been gathered. "Imagine," goes the airship pitch, "the mainstream media is mesmerized as the image of the Ron Paul blimp is shown to tens of millions of Americans throughout the day (and throughout the month).
