Just when you thought Carson Daly couldn't look like a bigger tool, Conan O'Brien, a member of the striking Writers Guild of America, offers to do what NBC won't: pay as many as 75 crew members on his show from his own pocket—or as we like to think of it, from his own mighty heart.
