As you're likely hearing, a guy in his 40s with what appears to be a bomb strapped to his chest with Duct tape is holed up in a Rochester, New Hampshire, headquarters of the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign. He's holding hostage two campaign workers (unconfirmed number). He has apparently released two other hostages, a woman and a child, and is demanding to speak with Hillary herself—probably wants to know if Clinton's health care plan covers batshit insanity.
