Infamous heroin kingpins Nicky Barnes and Frank Lucas think Rudy Giuliani is a good fella.

While in the pen, Barnes ratted out 100-plus drug dealers and murderers, prompting Hizzoner to help secure him an early release in 1998. In today's New York Post, Barnes returns the favor, kind of. The paper quotes Barnes telling his documentarian Marc Levin, "I think Giuliani would make a good president, because he's a principled guy." Lucas, who's played by Denzel Washington in the forthcoming American Gangster, adds, "If [Giuliani] promises something, you got that. He's got a helluva word."
