Sources tell Radar that both the Dirksen and Hart Senate office buildings in D.C. are being evacuated, allegedly due to a small fire in a stairwell in a basement of the Hart building. Capitol Hill police are looking for any connection to the small fires set by the notorious ladies bathroom fire bandit a few weeks ago. No leads yet ... Developing ...
