But then Spears fell. Hard. Her descent into depravity culminated last week when custody of her two sons was transferred from her own Cheeto-stained hands to Kevin's. In an instant, Kevin became the sensible one. Suddenly, the man who once came in sixth in a Worst Celebrity Dads contest was the mature, responsible parent.

But will it last? Fed-Ex's lower profile over the past few months may have helped the judge see him as a positive alternative to Brit's tooth-whitening-on-a-toddler parental techniques. The key is to maintain.
