Dog years: A Virginia grand jury indicts Michael Vick on two charges: unlawfully killing and torturing dogs and promoting dog fighting. Vick could serve up to 10 years in prison, a term equal to 70 dog years.

Color blinded: CNN reporter Rick Sanchez takes on Bill O'Reilly tonight for comments he made after visiting a Harlem restaurant. While dining with Rev. Al Sharpton, O'Reilly was shocked to discover, that similar to white people in the suburbs, African American can behave in an orderly manner at restaurants: "People were sitting there and they were ordering and having fun, and there wasn't any kind of craziness at all."

Get lucky: Continuing to fish with Bill, Hillary Clinton's website holds a contest for campaign donors. A lucky few will win a date with Hillary's more electable half to watch her next debate. Saxophone serenade not included.

Freezing over: Just after the UN General Assembly gets talking about climate change, the state media of China announces the discovery of 42 glaciers on the Qinghai-Tibet plateau. "[If the find is confirmed] it would be the biggest glacier group on the plateau," said Zhaxi Norbu, director of the China's Bomi County publicity department.

No (big) love: In Utah, polygamist Mormon leader Warren Jeffs is convicted of accessory to rape for performing a wedding between a 14-year-old girl and a 19-year-old-man. The girl testified that she knew nothing about sex and reproduction when married by Jeffs in 2001. "The only thing I wanted to do was die," she said of the first time her husband forced her to have sex. Jeffs is also charged in Arizona with sexual misconduct and incest for arranging the marriages of underage girls to their relatives.
