Marc Ecko Brands Bonds Record Ball

  • Belligerent bobble-head Barry Bonds's record-breaking homerun ball is headed for the Hall of Fame, but not without streetwear shutterbug Marc Ecko's tag on it. After shelling out nearly $800K for the ball, Ecko left its fate to the fans: launched into outer space, donated untouched, or donated with an asterisk stamped into it (denoting Bonds's alleged steroid use). Slighted fans chose the latter. Perhaps predictably, the testy champ thinks Ecko's an idiot. [SF Gate]
