At 1 a.m., Kiefer Sutherland allegedly made an illegal U-turn in West Hollywood, was stopped, and failed a sobriety test. He was charged with a misdemeanor DUI and released this morning (his court date is scheduled for October 16), but he's reportedly already on probation for a previous DUI. Ready the Hilton suite!
