LYING? Birkhead, Dannielynn
OK! magazine is breaking up with Larry Birkhead, Howard K. Stern, and even sweet baby Dannielynn on the eve of exclusive coverage of her first birthday (and pulling the reported $1.7 million present, too). OK! says Anna Nicole Smith's DNA-anointed bio-parent Birkhead and live-in attorney-boyfriend Stern may have struck a back room deal to squeeze cash out of the mag with a fake paternity battle.

"My biggest fear is that Larry and Howard may have tricked us all," OK! editor Sarah Ivens said in a statement.

It wouldn't be the first the two have shared resources.

Radar has learned that Dannielynn's two daddies not only both basked in the bounty of Anna Nicole but also employed the same private investigator, Nazarian and Associates, a boutique multi-city firm run by self-proclaimed security "legend" and Discovery Channel media whore John J. Nazarian.
