SMACK IT UP, FLIP IT The former Terminator pad on sale for $23M
With great audacity, the obscenely rich and famously litigious litigation lawyer Susan Loggans has put the Pacific Palisades mansion she purchased from California Governator Arnold Schwarzenegger on the market for a staggering $23 million—three times what she reportedly paid for the property in 2004.

The seven-bedrooom, seven-bathroom Mediterranean-style house is tucked away in the enclave of Pacific Palisades and comes complete with a gourmet kitchen, sprawling lawn, plum orchard, screening room and, of course, a gym that would satisfy even the most neck-less, knuckle-dragging resident.

After purchasing the house, the Chicago-based attorney went head to head with the gov in a well-publicized lawsuit, claiming Schwarzenegger had not properly disclosed structural problems with the pool, holes in the tennis court, and mold in the kitchen and screening room. That's to say nothing of all the bad juju floating around from various solitary bedroom flex-offs, random gropings, and secret digit dips.

Naturally, the Fingernator's attorney vehemently denied the allegations, and the outcome of the case has been kept confidential. However, this is far from the only real-estate legal brouhaha concerning Ms. Loggans. She was recently required to pay more than $750,000 to a real-estate agent for alleged unpaid commission and attorney's fees resulting from the sale of her ocean front house in Malibu.
