Bankruptcy and a jail term hasn't tamed bestogied former Death Row records chief Marion "Suge" Knight. In recent weeks, he's declared Paris Hilton a "G" and bitten Kevin Connolly. Now Tupac's mom, Afeni Shakur, and her label, Amaru Entertainment, say Knight is trying to sell his way out of bankruptcy with Tupac tracks he doesn't own.

Suge's broke, having been ordered in 2006 to pay $107 million to his former Death Row partner. He put his house on the market for $6.2 million in June, and now his former label's catalog is on the block. The problem, says Afeni Shakur, is that Knight is advertising "an album's worth of unreleased Tupac material" as the crown jewel of those assets (that violates a 1997 settlement with Death Row, lawyers say). If the eight posthumous Tupac albums and a documentary are any proof, his thug life leftovers are still golden.

A note to Knight: If the sale of Shakur tracks doesn't work out, there's always MC Paris.
