  • Scooter Libby had his sentence commuted by President Bush late today, allowing him to skip the two and a half year prison sentence he received for his role in the CIA-Valerie Plame leak case. The order overruled a judge's decision that Libby not delay his jail term. Libby will remain on a two-year probation and must pay a $250,000 fine. [Via Newsday]
