AND FRIEND Lindsay, with Cooperman

There's no bigger sign of social failure than being listed as "and friend" on the major photo sites, but that's just the sort of ignominy New Jersey socialite Dori Cooperman has had to endure this week as she shadows her decade-younger rehab buddy Lindsay Lohan about town.

Cooperman, you may remember, stood accused of fraudulently cashing a well-heeled neighbor's check for $4,300 and took to Promises to recover from the "misunderstanding." The spotlight-seeking ex-BFF of Lizzie Grubman allegedly extended her stay at the center when she saw her chance to get her claws into La Lohan.

This week, the pair have been all but inseparable, photographed together on multiple occasions. Cooperman traveled to Las Vegas with the young starlet to attend her sober 21st birthday celebration.

Lohan had better keep an eagle eye on her wallet.
