After her sketchy appearance on Larry King Live, which featured at least one huge inconsistency (hint: the drug question), Paris Hilton might not be speaking in public for a little while. But that hasn't deterred the Learning Annex, whose president, Bill Zanker, is still confident that Hilton will make an appearance at the adult education center's annual Real Estate and Wealth Expo Tour in November. For an offer of $1 million for a single speech called "How to Build Your Brand," who wouldn't?

If Hilton accepts Zanker's hefty deal, which he tells Radar is definitely still on the table as of Friday, she would become the highest paid speaker in the motivation-heavy series outside of Donald Trump, who generally makes $1.5 million per session for his business advice. (Sure beats the $28,000 Zanker paid Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood to speak nearly 20 years ago.)

Though Zanker's camp wouldn't say how he is going about courting Paris for the gig, it couldn't be all that different from the approach he used to snag PR maven Lizzie Grubman following her own reckless driving incident. And it couldn't be more intense than the campaign he led to secure a speaking engagement with Forbes chart-topper Warren Buffett. Outside of offering Buffet $2 million to help people learn the secrets of billionairism, Zanker also purchased Buffet's Lincoln Signature Series town car on eBay for $73,200 in September. Buffet, alas, did not take the bait.

But other celebrities have. On the 2007 roster alone, attendees can experience the wisdom of CHiPs's Erik Estrada, grillmaster George Foreman, and Jack Canfield, author of Chicken Soup for the Soul.

And if that's not an impressive enough list, peep some of the past Annex greats: rap mogul Diddy, guru Deepak Chopra, Survivor creator Mark Burnett, "Dr. J" Julius Irving, Oprah's Dr. Phil, Sarah Jessica Parker, and even Henry Kissinger have all offered their sage advice on everything from "The Art of Cute" to "How to Create Magical Spells." Paris, it seems, will fit right in.
