  • George Michael is finally the proud owner of a Damien Hirst—only it's not the one he was rumored to be chasing. Saint Sebastian, Exquisite Pain is a take on the popular story of the arrow strewn prophet, but Hirst takes the avant approach of casting a calf corpse as the fallen martyr. At $7M, it could be assumed that the purchase effectively takes Michael out of the running for Hirst's ever-elusive $50M diamond-encrusted skull. [Towleroad]
