Arianna Huffington is on crutches following a nasty fall last night, sustained while walking in Manhattan with TV host Charlie Rose. Sources say the liberal blog den mother caught her heel in a metal grate, breaking her ankle. Perhaps Martha Stewart could offer some tips on gussying up her crutches.
