Perhaps Brad Pitt should be studying history instead of architecture. In the new issue of Time, the orphan-collecting screen god betrays the thinness of his education during a group interview with the stars of Ocean's 13. "I'm so happy there's another Jew in the room," Ellen Barkin said to Time writer Josh Tyrangiel.

"Are you worried Matt Damon, George Clooney, and Brad Pitt are going to start a pogrom?" Tyrangiel asked.

Pitt's reply: "What's a pogrom?"

Let's hope he was kidding.
