In a royal pairing unseen since The Naked Gun, George and Laura Bush hosted a two-day sleepover for Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Phillip, Duke of Edinburgh, culminating in last night's exquisite dinner for the royals and 130 others, including surprise guests such as Administration critic and former Secretary of State Colin Powell and racist Senator Trent Lott.
