As the Philadelphia Inquirer first reported, secretive filmmaker M. Night Shyamalan has put his humongous, though not very scary, Philadelphia house on the market for almost $8 million. The 22-room monster mansion has two office spaces, a fitness room, and a heated pool, spa, and 20-foot slate waterfall guaranteed to get the ladies in the water.
Shyamalan is reportedly moving from the paltry $8 million manse to a 123-acre former Rockefeller estate outside Philly, which he bought in 2005 for $17.9 million. He promptly pissed off blue-blood neighbors shortly thereafter by installing an eight-foot plastic fence around his latest property. (Presumably, it's Scrunt-proof.

You guys got your facts wrong. He bought the 300+ acre Kirkwood estate, owned by a guy name Hardy Scott, not the Rockafellers and didn’t put a huge plastic fence around it, but preserved it, from corn fields to silos, just the way it was.
