i respect you are entitled to your opinion on George as we all are.However you appear to have a few facts wrong. george is still a very successful artist here in the UK doing a sell out arena tour in europe last year which i went to and is just about to embark on a sell out stadium tour which i am going to also. whatever he gets up to in his personal life is very nuch his own affair it is just the fact it is happening in the media that sensationalises it. Who are we to judge anyone? We should live and let live.He is a very talented singer and songwriter and that seems to be being forgotten here.Give the guy a break over 35% of the world population smokes pot for christs sake!!

First of all you need to get your facts straight: George has NOT YET been sentenced, and is not going to be until either the end of this month or June 8th. Please study the case before you bash someone about things like this. Second of all, he is not doing this to get publicity. We all make make mistakes, give him a break. It's not like all of us are model citizens either. And last but not least, the guy is HUGE in Europe and UK, he has a 49 city SOLD OUT tour last Fall and is currently embarking in a much anticipated second leg of the European tour. Trust me, the man is a legend and he is a brillint singer and songwriter. If the US doesn't acknowledge that, so be it. But it doesn't mean that the rest of the world has forgotten about him. Like I said in the beginning, please get your facts straight and do some research before you write a baseless article like this. And comparing George to Paris Hilton??? That is such a shame!! I knew english tabloids were known for their badtaste-overexaggerated-sometimesunconfirmed-badtaste articles and upper news article is definitely one of those.
I suggest you to do update reserach on a person you are going to write about first and then seat down at the computer.
George is very great talented artist and he has beautiful voice.
The fact that he doesn't like celebrity life-style (the fact press regrets :) simply prooves that he has also a great autonomous personality.

I would like to say that I am a fan of George's for over 20 years and I do live in the US. And I would also say that just because the media is like this doesnt mean that this is how George's fans in the US feel. So please dont lump us all together.

Now having said that, what George did was wrong and like any other citizen he is going through the court's process of which he will receive proper sentencing. He's not tryig to get out of anything and has admitted that he shouldnt have got into his car.

But to say George is washed up you couldnt be more wrong. He is stronger if not better now than he has ever been. He completed a sold out tour last year and is currenly about to embark on a 2nd European tour. I wish him all the best!!

Would also like to say that George still has alot of fans here in the US who do appreciate him for the brilliant singer/songwriter that he is. And I can only hope that he brings the tour to the US. We havent forgotten about you George!!!

I'm a huge fan of George Michael. And I must say, it upsets me so much how the Britsh justice and international press is treating him!!!I mean, he didn't hurt of kill anybody. It seems that he's just felt asleep in his car, while waiting on da crossing or whatever. And even if he has smoked some grass, my god, he didn't crashed into another car, or hurt anybody. Theese are things, happening ervery day anywhere in the world!! But for me it seems that the justice and the pess love to pick out famous people, trying to destroy them where- and whenever they can.
