HATS OFF Blow
British fashion icon Isabella Blow has died, WWD is reporting. The former fashion director of Tatler and the Sunday Times of London, Blow was 48.
WWD says Blow, whose taste for outrageous hats made her recognizable even to non-fashion folk, died under "circumstances still being determined." Blow was hospitalized last year after what was described in the press as a fall but said quietly to be a suicide attempt.
