Cheeky actor Kevin Spacey stopped by Ling Skincare in downtown Manhattan on Monday, a witness tells Radar, and laid down $345 on "product" for his jowls, some chi-restoring scented candles, and teas. After swanning around the shop, he blithely told the salesgirl, "My driver will pick them up later." Could it be that Spacey got wind of the term "Spacey Pouches"?

Just last week, gossip newsletter PopBitch noted that L.A. scenesters were beginning to use the term to refer to the shoddy Restalyn cheek injections running rampant in Hollywood these days. And while some skinny starlets may think the puffer fish look is the perfect complement to their scary bony breastplates, Spacey wasn't afraid to splash out to keep his natural bloat to a subtle minimum—just as long as he's not caught carrying a bag of beauty products through the streets of the West Village.
