STILL TIRED Silva

It's been a while since we last checked in on Priyantha Silva, Sri Lankan party crasher par excellence. Has the shiny-faced boozebag finally hung up his white suits and tropical shirts?

Not quite, at least according to one eagle-eyed tipster. "Priyantha Silva actually had the balls to try to enter the Condé Nast "Hot List" event last night at the Bowery Hotel. I saw him at the check-in table but didn't see him inside."

A colleague of Silva's evidently had better luck. The tipster also reports seeing Bill Cunningham impostor (and D.C. sniper accomplice) Peter Gianquinto on the inside, and even offers up a piece of advice for security personnel: "He's the only guy at parties, besides Baird Jones, who always wears a baseball cap at events."
