CONFIRMED Birkhead is Dannielynn's daddy

It's official. Larry Birkhead says paternity tests prove to 99.9999 percent accuracy that he's Anna Nicole's BD. After a meeting with a paternity test expert in a closed session, the results were revealed. According to AP, Birkhead and co-contender Howard K. Stern have agreed to work together to transfer custody of Dannielynn. All that's left is for a judge to rule on what now, and maybe always did, seem obvious.

Now, on to that kid's trust fund.
