Folks, Limbaugh does not produce videos. He didn't create this. It's not available on his site. It was posted on YouTube and was apparently created by some web site called politicalpartypoop.com, so your web site needs to issue a retraction immediately.

Rush didn't make this video. He plays the Paul Shanklin parody of the LA Times article, but there are no parody videos available at his site, even to subscribers. Nice try attempting to label this liberal made video as Rush's though.
