Joe Francis has been charged with bribery and possession on top of tax evasion and contempt of court. Radar's favorite mammary-loving meatstick allegedly offered a corrections officer $500 for a bottle of water, probably to down the Lunesta and Lorazepam later found in his cell. Apparently 10 years for tax evasion weren't enough—Florida's Wildest inmate could get another five years for these new charges.
