I think it is really sad that the media continues to make money off of Anna Nicole now that she is gone. It was bad enough that they made money off of her behaviors due to addictions, yet no one seemed to offer a helping hand, because the money was more important than the welfare of this human being.

It is such a shame that Greta Van Sustern, instead of reporting without bias, has become biased against Howard K. Stern and allows Anna Nicole Smith's "friends" to go on and on and profit off Anna's stolen property and very private photos.

While taking Greta on that tour of the house where Anna Nicole Smith spent Christmas with her "friends" the woman mentioned a note her nine-year old wrote and she faxed to brickhead (my own words)to place in Anna's coffin. The mother said her daughter wrote to Anna that she knew Howard was not the baby's father. Why is a nine-year old discussing parentage????!!!! What kind of parents does this child have anyway. Don't bother answering. We all know the answer!

We all hear Anna's "best friend" the long-haired, blond creep discuss all the illegal drugs Howard fed Anna and how Anna said if Howard was the last person on earth she would not have sex with him. Has anyone wondered how Anna managed to have sex with the 90 year-old man and the creepy owner of the Bahamas home? Why is Howard so repugnant? Is it because he could only provide Anna with sincere companionship and FREE legal advice? Legal advice is not cheap. Has anyone ever gotten GOOD, FREE legal advice????????????

no mention of nicole's screaming,
"you did this to him", when her son died. also no mention of the report that they waited some 30 minutes to call for help, (although in a hospital).

the fact she cut the father off, then moved to the bahamas for obvious stategic reasons. getting stern listed as the father speaks volumes.
daniel was afraid of stern. could be seen as a threat to stern's financial interests.

in a perfect universe they would have an objective party take dna from all relevant subjects. (including nicole).
give the child to the father. (not granny). not stern.
investigate stern's involvement, if any.
if they spent 30 minutes trying to revive daniel they both should have been prosecuted, as they both were then guilty in his death. (this is common practice for drug addicts, when getting off together, if one ods).

WTF is up with that video that Stern taped of Anna dressed like a clown? She talks like a child. Yes, she is obviously stoned but why does she talk that way, so child like. I don't think anyone of us will ever know the child within her.

Both photo's could possibly be authentic. The side profile photo could have been taken... after the body was prepped for viewing. Which could explain why the hair appears to be groomed differently, and if you look at both the eyes and mouth they appear to be sealed shut. As for the larger picture with her laying with her head slightly tilted and mouth agast, it appears that at that time her neck could have been on one of those thingies (i forget the name of it... however its like a block that they prop underneath your head... when they are preparing the body for washing, autopsy or the embalming process)... but that picture could be before they prepped the body for the viewing of the mom, coward stern, Larry Birkhead, and they legal team... If yoi would compare the pictures..on the smaller one.. it looks like she has been groomed... and may have a little make up on... and due to the length of time.. that she laid in the morgue without being embalmed.. that have been the best job...that the morticians were able to do. Also Howard is the most likely suspect.. in her death... he cast more doubt on his character by holding that baby hostage in the Bahamas... we all know that its not his kid... Also, with him being an attorney, he knows that it is a clear conflict of interest.. for him to be her "companion", the attorney that set up the will, and the executor of the estate....For all we know..(with Anna being as coniving as she is) she could have been in the process of giving him the boot...which could be a reason why she was so so doped up during her last few months.. so with her being a zoombie.. he could do whatever he wished... I think he was a crafty crack head myself.
Now as far as Virgie shoveling the dirt into Anna's grave.. and then walking on top of it.. You have to think..How angry, upset, and helpless would you feel.. if no one respected your rights as a MOTHER.. and you are basically the only relative that this lady has living (besides the baby)... however you have no say in were your child is buried, and then to add insult to injury.. they will not even let you raise your only living grandchild. This was the only thing that she had control over.. LITERALLY BURYING HER DAUGHTER. I dont know why everyone is so hostile towards Virgie.. she was the only one who didnt condone her daughter being a druggie.. and Virgie practiced tough love, which is more commendable.. then leeching off of her.. as dear Coward Stern, and the rest of her entourage. Ok... now Dr Peper has made his ruling as a accidental death by drug overdose. Now that doesnt clear Coward Stern or the Dr's who prescribed the drugs. As we know some of the drugs were prescribed to Howard and given to Anna... now that alone either way... points to some type of homicide.. because it is illegal.. either way you look at it.. to give your prescribed drugs to ANYONE.. either willingly or not.. and we know that Howard was aware of Anna's every move. Another point is when a doctor prescribes meds especially psch med.. they write the prescription according to your symptoms, and body weight. Most MENTAL meds are time released and works on the nerve sensors with in the brain.. when dealing with depression or bi polar disease.. depending on whether you have server highs or lows.. they will prescribe the meds to work on the Seritonine or Dopumen (i am sure i messed up the spelling). The point that I am trying to make is... according to the Dr's statement: she took the C-Hydrate.. 3 days before her death (which means the body would have completely assorbed the drug and keep in mind that this drug was in syrup form.. so there is no special coating to protect the med from the bodies enzymes)So the only thing that should have been present in her stomach or blood stream should have been her Mental meds...being that all those drugs are time released... which basically means.. the actual drug is encased in a capsule... one side of the capsule is thicker than the other.... which means the enzymes within the stomach...will break open one end of the capsule.. faster than the other...Now if you don't believe the theory of the stomach processing and breaking down ingested food, med's or whatever.. you can do a somewhat gross scientific experiment: eat a small meal.. sandwich or whatever.. wait 3 minutes... to ensure the food reaches your belly.. and then vomit the food in the toilet... wait a few seconds.. and you should notice...little bubbles..similiar to champagne... bubbles...(so that you can get a visual)those are enzymes or acid from the stomach.. actually breaking the food down... if you wait.. a good 3 hours...go back and check on your experiment.. and you will notice.. the food is completely broken down.. and is now settled in the toilet.. if it were in the body.. of course all the minerals and nutrients would be assorbed by the body... and the reminents would be excreted by the body.. Keep in mind meds are a foreign object with no nutritional value.. once the C-hydrate did its job.. to eliminate the infection... and the meds.. that could have been taken the morning of her death should have been the only thing present in her body... anything else should be looked at... the doc may should have run test on her INTESTINES... that would tell the true story of what was in her body.. because.. its possible.. that when Stern took her to the bathroom.. because she was weak... he could have given her something in suppository form..

Remember, this is the same "quality" mag that gave us photos of Elvis in his coffin and John Lenonn on the slab at the morgue. When a celebrity dies, you can take comfort in the fact that the NE will have that last pic of the dead!

I see some people are "Scum Bags" I can't believe Anna Nicole Smith is gone.I did not know her personally but what I did know was she was a great actress as well as a model and as everyone knows a "PLAYMATE" as well.I don't see why people have this thing with taking pictures of dead celebrities let them be I say the souls have the right to be left alone in peace but if you want to be a Scum Bag snap on.

I worked in the funeral business before I became an EMT and I have to tell you I have seen many bodies. Most arent blue. Matter of fact, there havent been many that I recall being blue. Most are pale as pale can get, because the blood drains from the highest point of the body and settles in the lowest point, called lavidity or post mortem staining. Now Im not saying that one of these pics isnt real, I believe the second one to be real, just doctored up with some blue to look a bit photoshopped. The first photo is just not real. Death, no matter how beautiful in life you are, just isnt pretty. The first photo is just too pretty to be real. Besides the coloring of the body is different from the face, the body has an 'alive' coloring to it. No amount of make up with achieve that lively healthy pink. Now the second one looks more realisitic. Until the body is embalmed, nothing holds the mouth shut. It is only when embalming takes place that they shoot a needle thin wire into the upper gum and back out the gums/jawbone of the lower mandible and wire it shut. Im not exactly sure what is making her head tilt so far back in the second photo, but they dont usually use head blocks while the body is still in a body bag. And the helecopter photos of her being transported to the morgue show her in a red body bag, so I dunno. I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that the first is a fake and Ill venture to say that the second one is probably very real, if they had not added the blue coloring, you would have seen a very pale death like palor on her face and body. And as for Anna being a money grubbing, pill popping slut, I just think people are way too judgemental, and unless you walk a day in someone else's shoes, you can't possibly know what life is like for them. Everyone at some time or another has made their own mistakes or bad calls in their own life, and wishes they could have made better choices. And until you can live a perfect life then turn that nasty judgemental finger you point at others and point it at your own face.

Where did Virgie get the money for her lawyers fees? I don't know first hand but I'm willing to bet that it is from prospering off of Anna's life/death. Anna Nicole truly was a beautiful lady, and she will be remembered. The first one kind of looks like a wax figure while the second one looks more real. It is really difficult to tell though, so I don't blame people for believing the top one is real. My dad owns a funeral parlor and I did some research and found out when you die, your face does turn blue only when you die of suffocation. So unless she died from suffocation and not drug use, the top picture is fake.
